Ingredients
- •4 cups rolled oats
- •2 scoops of collagen
- •½ tsp sea salt
- •¼ cup cacao powder
- •¼ cup date sugar
- •½ cup butter, melted or ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- •½ cup date syrup
- •1 large egg white
- •Optional: 1 cup dried fruit of choice
Directions
- 1Preheat the oven to 300F. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- 2Combine dry ingredients first, then incorporate the wet ingredients until fully combined.
- 3Spread the granola mixture onto the cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- 4Stir the granola carefully, spreading it smooth again before reducing the temperature to 250F and baking for an additional 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 5Remove from the oven. The granola will still feel soft, so set the tray aside and let it cool. After it hardens and becomes crunchy, you can serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy it in your favorite way!
