Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be completely unused, unopened, and in the exact condition it was delivered — seal intact, packaging undamaged. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp. Please include your order number, a clear photo of the product, and a brief reason for the return. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
What are my refund options?
Once we receive and verify your returned product, we offer three options:

| Store Gift Card | Gift card issued up to 70% of your order value — the fastest resolution. |
| Replacement | We send a replacement product. Customer pays shipping on both the return and the new delivery. |
| Bank Transfer | Refund issued to your bank account within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. |
What cannot be returned?
We are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or whose seal has been broken. Returns requested after 3 days of delivery are also not eligible. This policy exists to protect the safety and quality of our food products for all customers.
What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologise if this happens — it is not the experience we want for you. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full resolution at no additional cost to you.
