Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned — we hope to expand in the future.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders above PKR 3,500. Orders below this amount are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.
When will my order be dispatched?
We have a daily dispatch cut-off of 3:00 PM. All orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order value — order as little or as much as you like. We simply recommend ordering above PKR 3,500 to qualify for free shipping.
