Can I sweeten my coffee or tea with Date Sugar?
Unfortunately, no. Because Date Sugar is made from the whole date — including the fiber — it does not fully dissolve in liquids. You'll be left with floating bits rather than a smooth, sweet drink. For beverages, we recommend our Date Syrup instead, which stirs in smoothly and tastes wonderful.
How do I substitute Date Sugar for white sugar in baking?
Replace white sugar with Date Sugar 1:1 by volume — so 1 cup of white sugar becomes 1 cup of Date Sugar. Because the fiber absorbs moisture, we also recommend reducing the flour in your recipe by about 25%. This keeps the texture right and prevents the bake from drying out. It works best in moist recipes like banana bread, muffins, brownies, and cookies.
Will Date Sugar make my baked goods taste different?
Yes — in the best way. Date Sugar adds a warm, caramel-like depth that white sugar simply doesn't have. Your cookies, cakes, and muffins will taste richer and more complex. The colour of your bakes may also turn a slightly deeper golden-brown, which looks beautiful.
Is Date Sugar vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, our Date Sugar is 100% vegan, gluten-free, halal, and non-GMO. It is made from a single whole-food ingredient with no additives of any kind.
Does Date Sugar contain any allergens?
No. Date Sugar contains only organic dates. We do not process gluten, dairy, peanuts or tree nuts in our facility. It is free from all common allergens.
Is Date Sugar better for you than white sugar?
Yes. Because it is made from the whole fruit, Date Sugar retains natural fiber, potassium, magnesium, and antioxidants that are completely stripped away in refined white sugar. It also has a lower glycemic impact, meaning it causes a more gradual rise in blood sugar compared to refined alternatives.
How should I store Date Sugar?
No refrigeration required. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Because it is made from whole dates, it can clump slightly if exposed to humidity — an airtight container keeps it fresh and free-flowing.

Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes — on all orders above PKR 3,500. Orders below this amount incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.

Same city: 24–48 hours. Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days. Delays due to public holidays or weather may occasionally occur.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship via TCS, Leopards Courier, and Trax. A tracking number is sent once your order is dispatched.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition with the seal intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
