Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Yes — on all orders above PKR 3,500. Orders below this amount incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.

Same city: 24–48 hours. Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days. Delays due to public holidays or weather may occasionally occur.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship via TCS, Leopards Courier, and Trax. A tracking number is sent once your order is dispatched.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original condition with the seal intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
